The growth in advancement in both decorative lighting, innovative product ranges and energy-saving power is fuelling a surge in more dramatic family Christmas displays both inside and outside the home. However, homeowners are still unaware of the many features and ever-evolving features of Christmas ranges. This is where our partnership will benefit the whole product industry.
Christmas decorations hold a deep cultural, emotional, and social significance in the UK. They are far more than just festive flair; they reflect tradition, creativity, and togetherness. Decorations are a key part of British Christmas customs, going back to Victorian times when Queen Victoria and Prince Albert popularised indoor trees and ornaments.

David has been one of the leading television presenters promoting family engagement with Christmas, not only on his TV shows, such as ITV’s This Morning and Love Your Weekend appearances, but also on his own YouTube channel, which boasts nearly 300,000 followers. He also founded Illumination Street, promoting Christmas community displays; his combined social media following of all platforms totals over a million.
David will be creating aspirational displays and demonstrating how to create the ‘wow’ this Christmas. He will also be demystifying both Christmas decorations and educating on how artificial trees can look not only like the real thing, but also how to store them to make them last for years.
