The Giftware Association (GA) has launched a survey inviting businesses across the gift, home, lifestyle, and stationery sectors to share their views on membership, support, and the future direction of the Association.
The survey forms part of a wider review of the GA’s membership offer, benefits, and community, as the Association looks ahead to the next phase of its work supporting UK businesses across the sector.
Open to both current members and those considering joining, the survey asks for feedback on what organisations value most from a trade association, as well as where there may be opportunities to improve support and engagement.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, is primarily multiple choice, and responses are entirely anonymous. Insights gathered will help inform how the GA develops its services, resources, and activities in the year ahead.
The GA encourages businesses from across the industry to take part and ensure their perspectives are represented.
