Straits and Aromatize has appointed Graeme Smith to their sales team, where he will manage customer accounts across the South of England. His territory stretches from Warwickshire and covers the Home Counties and the South West.
Graeme joins the company from Widdop & Co. and previously worked with Mustard, so he will already be a familiar face to some customers. His experience includes working closely with garden centres, gift shops and home stores, developing strong insight into what sells well in-store.
Known for enjoying the varied nature of sales, Graeme particularly values building strong relationships with customers. He is looking forward to covering new areas and reconnecting with existing Straits customers he already knows, while learning more about what they value most in the ranges offered from Straits and Aromatize.
Graeme said: “I’ve been aware of Straits for many years and have always enjoyed looking at their homeware, particularly lighting, vases, and furniture, and how the pieces work together to create a cohesive theme.
“Aromatize has been more of an eye-opener. I hadn’t realised how vast the range of melters is or the number of effects available. I’m ready to increase my knowledge through the showroom and catalogues, and I’m really looking forward to speaking to customers and hearing their thoughts and ideas.”
