Swedish photo book company Once Upon has partnered with Moomin Characters on a limited-edition collection inspired by the Moomin universe.
Available until January 10 2027, the collaboration features eight exclusive photo book cover designs that bring together Once Upon’s Scandinavian design aesthetic with the timeless appeal of Moomin. The collection is designed to help families, collectors and Moomin fans preserve and celebrate life’s most meaningful memories.
The partnership is rooted in a shared appreciation for storytelling and the everyday moments that shape people’s lives. Drawing on Moomin’s themes of curiosity, individuality, family and nature, the collection aims to transform personal memories into keepsakes with lasting emotional and collectable value.
According to Once Upon, the collaboration reflects the strong connection many people feel with the Moomin stories, which continue to resonate across generations through their themes of comfort, creativity and self-expression.
The Once Upon x Moomin collection launched on September 29 and is available for a limited time via the Once Upon app and website. The launch is supported by a campaign spanning PR, social media, creator partnerships and activations across key markets, including the UK and the Nordics.
