The Lovely Gift Group has acquired the personalised gifting website www.alwayspersonal.co.uk for an undisclosed sum from UK Print Group, formerly part of D3 Office Group.
UK Print Group, now based in Hull city centre and operating independently, has sold the online gift business – which turned over more than £1 million in 2024 – to concentrate on its seasonal business, Personalised Xmas. D3 will focus on its core offerings: office equipment, furniture, print and workwear.
The Lovely Gift Group has been creating and selling keepsakes for 10 years, since launching The Lovely Keepsake Company online in 2015. The business has grown to include five online retail stores, a wholesale division, several white-label gift websites for large UK businesses, as well as three own-label retail brands.

Always Personal will continue to offer personalised gift products for all occasions, and the operation will move to The Lovely Gift Group’s base in Newport, Brough.
