The Giftware Association managing director Gemma Sault has been nominated for inclusion in the 2026 Women in Trade Associations (WiTA) Powerlist.
The annual list, published by the Trade Association Forum (TAF) in partnership with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), celebrates the women shaping and strengthening the UK’s trade association sector.
The WiTA Powerlist highlights inspirational leaders whose work is driving progress, championing businesses, and supporting their industries nationwide. Now in its fourth year, the initiative showcases role models from across the sector who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and a commitment to collaboration.
The 2026 list was compiled from more than 200 nominations. A selection panel reviewed the entries to identify 100 women making a significant impact through their leadership and advocacy.
Gemma’s inclusion reflects her role in advancing The Giftware Association’s mission to support and elevate the UK’s vibrant gift and home sector. With more than 15 years’ experience across retail, merchandising, supply chain management, and strategic development with major household brands, she has helped shape a forward-thinking and member-focused approach for the organisation.
Gemma’s passion for empowering businesses, supporting entrepreneurs, and enhancing the visibility of the giftware industry has made her an influential voice within the trade association community. Her inclusion on the WiTA Powerlist recognises not only her professional achievements but also her commitment to fostering collaboration and sector-wide growth.
