Maped Campaign

Children have a chance to win an egg-stra special bundle this Easter thanks to stationery brand Maped Helix, which is challenging youngsters to get crafty by making a papier mâché Easter egg.

The winner will receive a hamper of goodies, including a range of Maped colouring packs and the Maped Creativ Blow Art kit, which creates airbrush effect pictures using just a flexible tube, rubber bands and special pens.

Also up for grabs is a collection of cards, gift bags and soft toys donated by partner Hallmark from its Itty Bittys collection. Plus, Bake My Day has donated an Easter-themed chocolate brownie tray.

The competition is open now and closes on March 25.

Maped Helix marketing assistant Hannah Lawrence said: “Easter is an exciting time for children across the country and we wanted to encourage creativity and imagination with this competition. We’ve already had some amazing entries and I’m sure there will be many more before the closing date. Some of our most popular products are there to be won, along with some fantastic extras from our partners Hallmark and Bake My Day.”

A step-by-step guide of how to make a papier mâché Easter egg using PVA glue, a balloon, newspaper and paint can be found on Maped Helix’s Instagram page: @maped_helix.
