Designer Grace Jackson and members of the Greeting Card Association presented the oversized card at the show this morning
A giant greeting card marking the 65th anniversary of Home and Gift was unveiled at the show this morning.
It was presented to organisers by members of the Greeting Card Association to open the second day of the show in sunny Harrogate.
Designed by Grace Jackson, owner of Grace Jackson Design, the card depicts a large 65 in her signature style.
“It’s a twist on my current 65 card design,” Grace told Gifts Today. “I tweaked the positioning and added a wave pattern to match the show’s Summer Soirée branding – and of course added a congratulations message”
“It’s a twist on my current 65 card design,” Grace told Gifts Today. “I tweaked the positioning and added a wave pattern to match the show’s Summer Soirée branding – and of course added a congratulations message. It was a real honour to be asked to design the card and be part of the show’s history.”
N H Smith produced the oversized greeting.
Grace was joined by members of the GCA and Home and Gift Events Director David Westbrooke to unveil the tribute in the foyer of Hall M.
Visitors and exhibitors can drop by to sign the card throughout the day and share in marking the milestone.
