Black+Blum’s Nitin Goyal joins BHETA’s Housewares Committee

Nitin Goyal, commercial director and board member of Black+Blum, has joined the British Home Enhancement Trade Association (BHETA)’s Housewares Committee. With a track record of playing a key role in positioning the Black+Blum business for long-term sustainability, he brings more than 25 years of experience across fashion, premium consumer, and lifestyle sectors to BHETA – along with a strong mix of entrepreneurial and commercial expertise.

Nitin has worked with a range of global retailers and brands and brings strong insight into multi-channel growth, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.

BHETA general manager Steve Richardson commented: “We’re really pleased to have Nitin on board. He’s got a great mix of commercial know-how and real-world brand experience, and I think he’ll bring a lot of practical value to the group. It’s always good to have different perspectives around the table, and his will help shape some useful conversations going forward.”

BHETA’s Housewares Committee represents its members, helping to make sure that feedback, challenges, and ideas from across the sector are heard.

BHETA represents 300 member businesses with £11 billion in collective annual sales across the DIY, garden, housewares, and small electrical accessories sectors. It provides members with market intelligence, legislative guidance, networking opportunities, and educational events to support business growth and industry development.
